Out-of-Network:
For out-of-Network insurance holders, we could issue you a Superbill after your payment so that you could submit to your insurance for reimbursement, you could usually get 50%-80% of your payment.
If you couldn't get any reimbursement from your insurance and have hard time affording the full rate, feel free to contact us, there might be a few spots that we could take sliding scales for clients who meet the criteria.
Good Faith Estimate
As of January 1, 2022, according to the "No Surprises Act", You can ask any of your health care providers for a "Good Faith Estimate" before you schedule a service.If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
